Returns
Sometimes you change your mind, we get it! However, due to the personal nature of our products, once they have been used we are unable to accept returns. That said, you have 15 days from order delivery date to return your unused, regular priced item back to us in the same condition and its original packaging. Simply send the item(s) back with your proof of purchase and a Return Authorization. Please contact hello@my-south.com in order to receive your Return Authorization Number and return delivery destination address.
NOTE: Shipping charges and return postage are non-refundable.
Refunds
You will receive a confirmation email once your return is received and inspected. Please note: All returned items + refund requests are subject to inspection. When your return is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Sale items are not eligible for refunds.
Partial Refunds
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery may be ineligible for a return or be subject to a restocking fee.
Late Or Missing Refunds
There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you have checked your bank and credit card statements and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at hello@my-south.com.
Exchanges
Did something arrive damaged or defective? We’ll gladly replace it! Simply send us an email at hello@my-south.com and we’ll take it from there.
